 🚧 OUR OPENING CHAPTER | September–December Your apartment is on Level 11, with no construction on your floor. Level 11 and above are residential floors, with private apartments occupied by families and other residents. Finishing work continues on Levels 7–10 during permitted daytime hours only—there is no work at night. You may notice protective padding in the elevators, workers in shared areas outside your apartment, and occasional daytime noise from the floors below. 🌆 LIFE IN THE CITY Apartment overlooks the busy Sudirman–Senayan boulevard. Our apartments have large windows, and some have a private balcony. Traffic noise, particularly motorcycles at night, may be heard even with windows and doors closed, timing and volume are unpredictable and beyond our control. We share this openly because everyone’s tolerance for noise is different.
